- In case of chip-level or motherboard-level repairs, we may need temporary access to ensure device functionality.
3. Customer Consent
- By submitting your device, you consent to limited handling of device data only for repair purposes.
- No data is copied, transferred, or shared with any third party without your permission.
4. Data Storage & Security
- We use secure systems to store customer records and repair logs.
- Customer data is not stored permanently after the service is completed unless legally required.
- Payment details (like UPI/credit card info) are not stored by us; they are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

- Once the repair service is completed, all temporary logs or access credentials are deleted.

7. Customer Responsibilities
- Take a full backup of your device before submitting it for repair.
- Remove SIM cards and memory cards before handing over the device.
- Provide accurate details for service records.
8. Legal Compliance
- We comply with Indian IT Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Laws.
- Any misuse of data by customers (e.g., fake claims, fraudulent activities) will invite legal action.
